Vinification
This cuvée comes from 45-year-old Pinot Noir vines, which grow at higher altitudes on barren limestone and marn-rich soil — with an ideal balance of sun and shade. Jean Tardy uses traditional methods for vinification, with the aim of capturing the pure fruit of Pinot Noir. The result is a wine that combines the elegance and finesse of the grape variety with the character of an exceptional terroir. Light, fragrant and perfectly balanced — with juicy red fruits, a touch of spicy leaves, soft tannins and fine earthy mineral notes on the finish.
