About the wine
This cuvée of the three varieties Pinot Blanc, Gris and Noir is unique for Alsace, as the grapes grow on a former gypsum pit.

Tasting note
Yellow with pink reflections. Aromas of ripe red fruits and mirabelles on the nose, full, round, rich and complex on the palate with a wonderful mineral finish.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal with fine fish dishes such as fried zander or char, with seafood, scallops or fine veal dishes. It is also a pleasure with Asian cuisine with a slight spiciness or with aged goat cheese.
Vinification
Aged on fine yeast for 8 months.
