In 2004, Dominik Huber and Eben Sadie started their Terroir al Limit project in Priorat with the help of the Perez family. Nothing else should be bottled but terroir, excellent locations, old vines, biodynamic farming, spontaneous fermentation, concrete and fuder instead of barrique. After just a few years, Dominik Huber's wines - now solely responsible - are among the absolute best in Priorat and far beyond. Terroir Sense Fronteres is his new project in Montsant, again with meticulous work in the vineyard and as close to nature as possible. Even the first year, 2017, is causing a lot of furore! Distinctive, large, elegant wines. How lucky to be there right from the start!
