GS Cuvée 2023 - Weingut Wellanschitz

GS - such as Gebrüder Georg and Stefan Wellanschitz, such as Merlot and Cabernet - that goes together. Both varieties have been rooted in barren limestone soil for several decades and therefore produce exceptional grapes. Selective harvesting and gentle vinification in open oak wood fermentation stands result in a harmonious, complex wine, velvety on the palate, with an aromatic depth on the nose. Aged for 24 months in a 600-liter half-piece barrel of Austrian barrel binder.
