Tasting note
A brilliant, syrupy, very complex and elegant sweet dessert wine, still young at the moment but with potential, which will not yet show itself in full splendor. Lively and compact golden color, beautiful on the nose, with a full specific aroma of ripe and cooked local (pears, apricots) and southern (figs, dates) fruits and honey, enriched with fine notes of botrytis. On the palate, this wine is creamy, syrupy, warm, refined, and shows its fineness and balance of powerful sweetness. Salty notes and appropriate acidity contribute to the dynamism. Very long storage potential

Goes well with aged hard cheese, cakes, desserts or pure for a meditative treat
Vinification
Trockenbeerenauslese (TBA) is produced from a selection of hand-picked grapes that have matured on the vine for a particularly long time and have been affected by noble rot (Botrytis cinerea). Due to the long hanging period and the influence of noble rot, the grape juice is naturally concentrated in the grape and produces the “nectar of the gods” after subsequent fermentation.
