Grand Siècle Itération by Laurent-Perrier is a prestigious cuvée that is based on the assemblage and not on the vintage. Laurent-Perrier places ever higher demands on assemblage and believes that it is possible to recreate the perfect oenological year, which combines the ideal balance between its various organoleptic components. Since its introduction in 1959, 24 iterations of the Grand Siècle have been created.

Tasting note
The Grand Siècle Itération n°24 Laurent-Perrier robe is reminiscent of white gold, intense and shiny by highlighting the fineness of the bubbling bubbles. The bouquet is complex and combines notes of citrus fruits with hints of candied fruit. Brioche and pastry notes gradually appear, which develop into subtle notes of honey and warm spices. After a fresh start, the Grand Siècle Itération n°24 gradually reveals all its power and delicacy to create a perfect balance. The impression of fullness persists for a long time on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with land-sea compounds, crustaceans such as langoustines or precious fish.
Vinification
Grand Siècle Itération n°24 from Laurent-Perrier was stored on the yeast for 10 years, followed by a rest period of one year after disgorgement. A low dosage of 7 g/l is used for this cuvée.
