Complex aromas of yellow peach, pineapple and buttered brioche, delicately underscored by hazelnut nougat. Finely roasted wood notes, mineral salt notes, with a harmonious balance of sweetness extract and acid energy.

Tasting note
This fine cuvée is composed of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir, aged in used barriques. Fruit and spices, ripe pineapple, nectarine, cardamom, nuts, some honey, but also mineral notes. Good intensity and depth on the palate, brioche, baked apple, caramelized grapefruit, complex, gripping, with citric freshness.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with “apéro riche”, hearty fish dishes or seafood such as poached turbot with crustacean sauce or scallops au gratin. Also with white meat and poultry, such as chicken de bresse aux morilles. Also great with mildly spicy soft cheeses.
