Tasting note
A smooth and soft Tuscan red wine with fresh red berries and a full, spicy taste. The Governo method, a traditional Tuscan technique in which the freshly made wine is slowly re-fermented with the addition of semi-dried grapes, gives the wine vibrancy, concentration and roundness.
Vinification
First fermentation with maceration for 10-15 days. Temperature control at 28-30 °C. At the end of traditional alcoholic fermentation, fermentation takes place again with dried grape must for around 30 days. Storage in stainless steel tanks before bottling.
