About the wine
Made by Integrale, a dedicated family business from the Treviso region of Italy. With deep respect for the environment and biodiversity, founders Luca and Emanuele dedicate themselves to PIWI grapes — mushroom-resistant varieties that drastically reduce the use of pesticides and are thus sustainably and authentically vinified

Tasting note
Citrus fruits, green apples, pear peel and fine herbs in the nose. Fresh, slightly sparkling and invigorating on the palate with lively acidity, gentle tannins and salty minerality. Unfiltered, spontaneously fermented and absolutely delightful to drink.
Culinary recommendation
Excellent with classic antipasti, seafood tapas (e.g. squid rings), fresh goat cheese or light pasta and fish dishes.
Vinification
During the entire vinification process, fining, filtration and any additives are consistently avoided. The wine remains unembellished and unfiltered, giving it its characteristic turbidity and depth. A short aging on the fine yeast also provides structure, creaminess and complexity on the palate. The bottling is carried out with minimal use of sulfur — directly, honestly and vividly.
