Tasting note
Rich yellow with golden reflections. The perlage is very fine and persistent. On the nose, an intense and complex bouquet of distinct minerality, enriched by exotic nuances. White chocolate, hazelnuts, balsamic aromas with traces of hot spices, beeswax and honey. Gorgeous on the palate, creamy, with a velvety body. The storage on yeast for over ten years contributes to a finale of great complexity, which also impresses with its elegance and freshness.
Vinification
Obtained from carefully selected Chardonnay grapes, which are harvested by hand at the end of September on the slopes of Trentino between 400 and 600 meters above sea level. Riserva Giulio Ferrari matures in the bottle for ten years until it is sold.
