Tasting note
Brilliant salmon pink with a copper glow that shimmers towards coral red. The perlage literally hypnotizes with its fine and rich bubbles. Bouquet Sweet impressions of wild rose jam and citrus fruits that combine with spicy and mineral notes to create an immediate feeling of pure and intense pleasure. Vinification
A careful selection of Pinot Nero grapes with a small percentage of Chardonnay, according to the year. The grapes are harvested by hand. Vinification in steel tanks. Thereafter, aging on pure yeast from our own crops for at least 10 years.
