On the palate, the start is round and smooth, followed by a dense, structured middle section with well-integrated tannins. A precise acid provides tension and contributes to the impressive length. The fruity finish — characterized by cherry — is accompanied by fresh peppermint, which underlines the freshness of the tannins.
