Tasting note
Made using the traditional method from 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir, this sparkling wine offers intense aromas of yeast and butter. Its beautifully rounded and balanced profile has a golden yellow hue and firm, perlage. With notes of toast, quince, apple, pear and a buttery note, the nose is a wonderful mix of concentrated tropical fruits, brioche and subtle beeswax. The palate follows suit and delivers a wonderfully balanced and rich body with lively acidity. This wine is full of flavor and a real sensory treat. This sparkling wine rested on the lees for 48 months.

Vinification
Only the best batches and base wines of the respective vintage are used for this sparkling wine. The normal fermentation of the individual grape musts in steel tanks and the subsequent assemblage is followed by 48-month bottle fermentation on the yeast. The bottles stand upside down and are shaken regularly. After “disgorgement” and a further short aging in the bottle, the sparkling wine is sold.
