About the wine
If the quality of the vintage allows, 2000 to 3000 bottles of Pago la Jara are produced. Grapes from the five most unusual plots form the basis; they are not completely destemmed. After fermentation with juicy yeasts in 3000 liter open wood, the wine matures in 225 and 1500 liter barrels for around one and a half years. The label consists of an engraved “g”, which reinforces the uniqueness of Pago la Jara. It was designed by graphic designer Fernando Gutiérrez especially for the company.

Tasting note
Almost black color. On the nose, deep aromas of black berries, cedarwood, tobacco. On the palate, concentrated and yet a finesse wine with lots of fruitiness. A full-bodied, long finale. A terrific wine from Toro!
