Tasting note
Color: Full yellow with fascinating golden and greenish reflections. Nas: Elegant, intense, captivating. The pure expression of citrus fruits, tomato leaves and almonds is enriched by fruit notes of gooseberries, apricots, kiwis, yellow peaches and floral aromas of lemon blossoms, jasmine, ancient roses and citrus aromas of bergamot and lemon peel. Almost viscous aromatic perception in its intensity and structure. On the palate, notes of ripe golden apple, dried fruit and vanilla blend with balsamic notes of sage and thyme. Pleasant tannins and good persistence with a typical slightly bitter note on the finish and citrus aftertaste.

Vinification
The grapes are carefully cored and macerated for a short period of time. The must obtained is then allowed to settle. The now clarified must ferments in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. After fermentation, the wine is stored on lees in stainless steel containers for six months and then aged in the bottle for at least another two months.
