Lo Sparviere’s Franciacorta Satèn is a smooth, sparkling Chardonnay that feels fresh and inviting with every sip. Tasting note
Intense straw yellow in colour. Elegant bouquet with floral notes, yellow fruits and aromas of fresh pastries. Delicate, creamy, full-bodied on the palate, with fine mousse and long-lasting.
Vinification
The small Chardonnay boxes are left in a cold room at a temperature of 4°C for 24-36 hours, cooling the grapes to 10°C to improve the extraction of varietal aromas. The chilled grapes are gently pressed whole grapes: 80% of the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (15-17 °C), the remaining 20% in 5 hl tonneaux, where they undergo malolactic fermentation. The base wines then mature on the mash until the cuvée is blended.
