About the wine
At the end of the 90s, Andrea Arici and his father founded the Azienda Agricola Colline della Stella winery and let it shine in new splendor. The first harvest was harvested in 2002 and since then, beautiful sparkling wines have been produced, which, thanks to harmony, elegance and complexity, are among Franciacorta's best Dosage Zero.

Tasting note
This Franciacorta impresses with its balance. Due to the long storage, it is extremely harmonious, balanced and has a wonderfully integrated mousse. Delicious citrus aromas, finely mineral with a persistent spicy finish.

Vinification
After manual harvesting, the selected grapes are gently pressed, then fermented in steel tanks and aged on the yeast for six months. The wine is then bottled with the Liqueur de tirage and sealed with a chrome cork. This is when the second fermentation begins and the wine ages on the lees for approx. 36 months. The Franciacorta is then sealed without dosage and aged in the bottle for another six months before being released for sale.
