About the wine
This wine was born in 1976 as Franciacorta Pinot and marked the entry into the world of Franciacorta wines. In 1991, it continued to develop as Franciacorta Brut N.V. and increasingly showed the character of its terroir. After over 30 years of experience, he received his own style as a Cuvée Prestige in 2005. With the 2017 harvest and the Edizione addition, the specificity of each vintage was emphasized by reducing the liquor during disgorgement in order to better highlight the nuances of each interpretation.

Tasting note
Straw yellow color, scent of peach, apple, lemon and light brioche notes on the nose, a fine and long-lasting perlage on the palate, the appearance dry, soft and delicate with balanced acidity. Nice creaminess and great length.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with appetizers, hearty appetizers, seafood, but also with white fried meat.
Vinification
The base wines come from over 150 different vineyards. The 48th bottling consists of 88% vintage wine 2023 and 12% reserve wine from 2022 and 2021. The 2nd fermentation (bottle fermentation) lasts 25 months.
