Tasting note
Delicate and long-lasting, bright straw yellow in color. On the nose, biscuit-like notes at the beginning, then soft notes of acacia honey, candied fruit and beeswax. Crunchy, long-lasting and balanced in the mouth, with a hint of citrus.

Goes well with aperitif, seafood, tapas, starters, risotto, crustaceans
Vinification
The small boxes of Chardonnay are left in a cold room with a temperature of 4°C for 24-36 hours, cooling the grapes to 10°C to improve the extraction of varietal aromas. The chilled grapes are put into the press, where a gentle whole grape pressing is carried out, in which no more than 55% of the free must is obtained. Fermentation takes place at 15-17°C to preserve the aromas of the grape variety. The wine is then aged in stainless steel tanks for 6 months. Some of the base wines that make up the cuvée are subjected to malolactic fermentation.
