About the wine
If we can offer something special for Christmas 2022, it's this strong sparkling wine — Franciacorta 61 NATURE Millesimato Blanc de Blancs. The enchanting and fertile landscapes of Lombardy give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Berlucchi conjures up this sparkling wine with refinement and experience. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you serve this sparkling wine with fish dishes or appetizers.

Tasting note
Rich and creamy foam, fine perlage. Intensive straw yellow in the glass. Very wide and elegant on the nose, notes of ripe plums, linden blossoms and caramelized hazelnuts. On the palate, the wine stands out for its structure and power, supported by a lively acidity.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: Sparkling wine tastes best at slightly chilled 10°-12°C. Flaschenpöstler tip: Franciacorta 61 NATURE Millesimato Blanc de Blancs is ideal with oysters, appetizers and crustaceans.
Vinification
Fermentation in steel barrels and refinement of the best plots in oak barrels. The cuvée is prepared in spring after the harvest, exclusively with wines from the same vintage. Second fermentation in the bottle and subsequent refinement on the yeasts for at least 5 years, followed by a further 6 months after “disgorging”. Dosage zero - that means no addition of liquor and/or wine and sugar solution.
