Tasting note
A complex, inviting bouquet with a scent reminiscent of lemon and fresh alpine herbs. A whiff of mint and white flowers. Pear and grapefruit are added to the palate, which give the wine a tempting fruitiness. Balanced and fresh, pleasantly juicy and supported by lively acidity. Mineral notes add finesse to the fragment without masking the clear, fruity character
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with starters, asparagus, various fish and vegetable plates.
Vinification
The grapes for this wine are grown between 230 and 830 meters above sea level. Due to the large temperature differences between day and night at these altitudes, the harvest lasts almost two months. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks, in large oak barrels and barriques, and the wine ages on the lees for six months.
