About the wine

Domaine Jones Fitou is made from grapes from up to 15 very small vineyards scattered across the villages of Tuchan and Paziols in Languedoc, including the very first Fitou vineyard, St. Roch. The secret of Fitou undoubtedly lies in the age of the vines — most of them are over 100 years old and give the wine freshness, depth and a nice texture. Complex, smooth and juicy, with pure hedge fruit.
