Tasting note
Brilliant golden yellow, very durable perlage. Extremely clean on the nose. Complex aromas, smells of apple, mango and ripe pineapple. Plus roasted and ground coffee, a touch of vanilla and subtle honey notes. Harmonious and balanced on the palate. The aftertaste is persistent and delicate.
Culinary recommendation
For an aperitif; e.g. breadsticks with Culatello di Zibello ham. However, it also accompanies freshwater fish.
Vinification
100% Trentino Chardonnay grapes are vinified for this excellent sparkling wine. The base wine is aged in the bottle for at least 5 years after the “metodo classico”, the traditional bottle fermentation on lees.
