The lucky girl from Braunsberg! One charming, sparkling cuvée, lively and with finesse: green apple, lime, some white pepper. Wonderful as Aperitif, with light meals or Asian kitchen.

Tasting note
Light yellow green, silver reflections. Delicate yellow tropical fruit, a touch of flowers and mandarin zest. Medium-bodied, white apple, freshly structured, mineral-salty in the aftertaste, a light-footed companion.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish, chicken, risotto, vegan and vegetarian dishes, schnitzel.
Vinification
The grapes were destemmed, had contact with the skins for a day, then pressed and transferred directly to 500-liter barrels and stainless steel tanks.
