About the wine
The lucky girl from Braunsberg! One charming, sparkling cuvée, lively and with finesse: green apple, lime, some white pepper. Wonderful as Aperitif, with light meals or Asian kitchen.

Tasting note
The nose smells of white flowers, ripe pears and citrus notes, accompanied by a touch of herbal spice. On the palate, the wine appears juicy, clearly structured and elegant — with well-integrated acidity and a mineral aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish, chicken, risotto, vegan and vegetarian dishes, schnitzel.
Vinification
The grapes for the white clove come from organically managed areas in Carnuntum and are harvested by hand. After a short maceration period, spontaneous fermentation takes place with natural yeasts in large wooden barrels. The wine stays on the fine yeast for several months, which gives it structure and depth. Unfiltered and bottled with minimal addition of sulfur.
