About the wine
The cooperative has 1000 members. The two top wines “I Mille per la Falanghina” and “I Mille per l' Aglianico” are virtually the best result of these members. In fact, only grapes from the very best locations, which are also planted with old vines, come into these two wines.

Tasting note
Straw yellow with green reflections. Intense aroma with floral and fruity notes. Wonderfully fresh and accessible on the palate, with depth and long aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pasta or risotto dishes, with aperitifs, with seafood or anchovies, with soft cheese.
Vinification
Grape harvest at the end of September/ beginning of October. Short cryo maceration (the strained grapes are ground at low temperature and left on the skin without fermentation starting. This dissolves phenols, which give the wine more character. No malolactic fermentation. Expansion in steel tanks.
