About the wine
Janare's “Cru” line does not refer to a single vineyard. Instead, the best locations for the respective grape varieties were located on the large area of the cooperative. Each year, the best grapes are selected from these sites for the Cru line wines. In this way, fewer good years can be compensated for regionally and consistent, high quality can be guaranteed.

Tasting note
Strong straw yellow. Intense floral and exotic fruity nose with a clear citrus note. The citrus note is also clearly visible on the palate, and the wine has a nice density and opulence without sacrificing freshness.
Culinary recommendation
It goes very well with pasta or risotto dishes with vegetables or seafood. With white meat. Perfect with real mozzarella di buffala from Campania.
Vinification
Grape harvest at the end of September/ beginning of October. Short cryo maceration (the strained grapes are ground at low temperatures and left on the skin without fermentation starting. This dissolves phenols, which give the wine more character. Fermentation at 12 to 15 degrees for 20 days. No malolactic fermentation Ageing in steel tanks and bottles.
