Tasting note
Straw-white in color with slight greenish reflections, Falanghina Nysias presents an intense and elegant bouquet with hints of fresh fruit and delicate spicy notes. Elegant, fresh and with delicate spicy notes. On the palate, it has an intense texture and a fresh, pleasant acid structure. Long and fruity aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish dishes, shellfish, light appetizers, cream cheese or even white meat, it is also ideal as an aperitif.
Vinification
Cryomaceration, gentle pressing and subsequent fermentation of the must in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Aging for 10 months in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by several months of refinement in the bottle.
