Das verspielte Bukett des Exelsis Blanc Vin de Pays Suisse von Passionsfrucht, Pfirsich und Mandel zeigt vielschichtige Aromastruktur und viel Finesse. Die dominanten Noten von Zitrone, Limette und Apfel gestalten ihre individuelle Textur. Mit schlankem Körper und dominanter Säure zeigt dieser fruchtige Weisswein seine meisterliche Beschaffenheit.

Goes well with foie gras, terrines, seafood, poultry in sauce, mushrooms or a variety of cheeses.
Vinification
For many years, the entire winery has been managed according to environmentally friendly principles. The ripeness of the grapes is regularly monitored shortly before harvesting to determine the optimal harvest time. The harvest amount is strictly limited to guarantee the highest quality. The harvest is picked by hand and sorted out after arrival in the cellar to keep only the best berries. After a gentle pressing, alcoholic fermentation takes place. The wine is aged on fine lees in stainless steel tanks and large oak barrels. A slight filtration takes place before bottling.
