About the wine
Terre Rosse Vallania was founded in the 1960s by Enrico Vallania. Vallania was a rare bird in all Emilian production: in the 1970s, our wines could be found all over the world. In 2020, a 20-year-old boy with a great passion for wine, Enrico Verdilio, took over the winery and introduced a small revolution in production and brought the winery back to its former glory.

Tasting note
Ruby red, deep color; nose: ripe blackberry, cherry, pepper, cloves; mouth: the aromatic complexity is supported by a powerful tannin.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with meat and structured dishes.
Vinification
Maceration before fermentation, fermentation in stainless steel, 10 days of contact with the skins; 10% of the wine is stored in barriques for 12 months.
