About the wine
“Essenza di Venus” — a rosé full of summer. Tuscan light in the glass, a salty breeze in your nose and the Mediterranean flair of aperitifs on the beach. Elegant, clear and sophisticated, it shows more depth and length than its sister cuvée “Aqua di Venus”. Perfect for enjoying summer alone or with friends.

Tasting note
The wine has a bright, brilliant rosé tone. On the nose, a complex bouquet unfolds with notes of red cherries and strawberries, typical of Syrah. Citrus fruits, juicy pears and fine floral nuances add additional finesse. On the palate, it is fresh, juicy and harmonious, with lively, well-integrated acidity and a long, balanced finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with light starters, grilled fish or tender poultry such as chicken breast or veal schnitzel.
Vinification
The grapes for this elegant rosé come from the southern Tuscan coastal area of Maremma and from the La Solatia winery, near the medieval village of Monteriggioni. The grapes are picked by hand, then cooled and gently pressed to preserve the freshness and aromas in the best possible way. The must clarifies naturally before fermentation begins at a low temperature in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged on fine lees for four months, with weekly stirring (bâtonnage) further promoting the variety of aromas and structure.
