Tasting note
Deep ruby red with garnet accents. On the nose, a fruity aroma of red berries, plums and fine roasted aromas such as mocca and crémant chocolate gradually unfolds, accompanied by a nuance of nougat. The start is soft, followed by a powerful and expressive palate experience with balanced texture and impressive intensity. Notes of raspberry jelly, strawberries, roasted hazelnuts and caramel characterize the flavor, rounded off by a touch of juniper. The invigorating freshness gives Eo Noir depth and character, while velvety soft tannins accompany the long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes very well with game dishes such as venison and beef appetizers or Café de Paris entrecote. It's also worth a try with aged cheese.
