Tasting note
A rosé d'assemblage made from 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir (15% of which as red wine). Typical aromas of red fruits, cherries, strawberries and raspberries, plus fresh citrus notes and delicate floral notes of peony, spiced with a touch of honey and nuts. On the palate, the pure and complex nature of Pinot Noir is particularly well expressed. Powerful, complex with finesse, elegance and refreshing, fine acid nerve.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with various fish dishes, such as “saumon en papillote”, red mullet fillets with orange-white wine sauce or fried crawfish. Also perfect with sushi, or even with white meat and poultry.
