About the wine
In 2020, a new, exciting heart project was launched. From the outset, it was clear that only one grape variety was suitable: Welschriesling. After maturing in a Nomblot egg for 9 months, this Welschriesling was bottled unfiltered. The wine was fermented spontaneously, with a berry content of 15%, to preserve the natural tannin and give it structure. He found his way around the concrete factory and is delicate, salty and absolutely “accentuated” — in the spirit of “concrete.”
