About the wine
In 2020, a new, exciting heart project was launched. From the outset, it was clear that only one grape variety was suitable: Welschriesling. After maturing in a Nomblot egg for 9 months, this Welschriesling was bottled unfiltered. The wine was fermented spontaneously, with a berry content of 15%, to preserve the natural tannin and give it structure. He found his way around the concrete factory and is delicate, salty and absolutely “accentuated” — in the spirit of “concrete.”

Tasting note
Light color, subdued bouquet, pear, baked apple, pomelo, distinctive acidity, tannin present on the finish, spice and quince in the back aroma, long-lasting
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish, oysters and cold platters.
Vinification
The grapes were in contact with the skins for one day, were then pressed and placed directly into concrete eggs. The wine spent 9 months there before it was unfiltered and bottled with minimal addition of sulfur.
