Dominè Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi 2021 - Pievalta

This Verdicchio bears the name of the old “Empórios” that was on the property. On the left bank of the Esino, over 50-year-old vineyards produce this lively and mineral white wine. Its scent is characterized by fresh, citric notes and is reminiscent of peaches, mangoes, limes and yellow flowers with a certain herbal spice. The palate is also dominated by a spicy and salty freshness and liveliness, which makes it the perfect accompaniment to aperitif riche and fish dishes. A rendez-vous between grapefruit, mandarin, carambola and white peach, accompanied by an exciting juiciness and salty touch.
