About the wine
With the fine Dome Riviera Ligure di Ponente DOC from 2016, you will positively surprise your friends. With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Vis Amoris masters this white wine in the fertile and blooming landscape of Liguria.

Tasting note
Brilliant yellow with greenish reflections. Temptingly straight on the nose, with subtle notes of white fruit, accompanied by floral and spicy nuances. Dry, well-structured and wonderfully precise on the palate. With lots of enamel and a pleasantly supportive acidity. Medium-long finish with good, aromatic persistence. Spicy and balanced.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Vitello tonnato or even bream from the oven.
Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand and carefully transported to the winery. After the maceration period, gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation, the young wine matures in steel tanks for a few more months. After bottling, the pure Pigato is left in the bottle for two months before it is sold.
