About the wine

Tasting note
The Dolcetto unfolds a wonderfully fruity bouquet. With its almond aromas in the finale, this dry and velvety wine shows all its refinement.
Culinary recommendation
It goes great with game, beef, Indian cuisine, braised dishes and truffles.
Vinification
Natural fermentation without the addition of selected yeasts. Fermentation takes about twelve days at low temperatures (24-28°C). After at least four months in the tank, the wine is bottled. It then rests in the bottle for at least a month.
