About the wine
The family company Azienda Agricola Enzo Boglietti has been pressing its own grapes since 1991. The region's typical varieties now grow on 22 hectares. The winery has made a name for itself in the wine world with Barolo cultivated in Neuholz in France for a very long time. In the meantime, the wines have tended to become more delicate and elegant again, and are still in the top league in the Barolo region.

Tasting note
Deep ruby red The nose is delicately fruity with black berries and fresh herbs. Well-structured on the palate with juicy acidity and a pleasant, slight bitter tone.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with cold plates, pasta with creamy sauce or even grilled fish.
Vinification
Dolcetto grapes three vineyards in La Morra, Monforte and Sinio 10 days of temperature-controlled fermentation with daily battonage. 6 months in barriques, 3 months in concrete tanks and 2 months in bottle.
