Tasting note
The character of Dolcetto is an uncomplicated wine and the Pasqueros would be the last to make him a pretentious super Piedmontese wanted to build up. Nevertheless: maximum density, varietal aromas (cherry fruit) and characteristic (bitter almond) is also can be found here. The red one goes perfectly with many of the simple, tasty dishes, such as those in Piedmont Have tradition.
