About the wine
The Juan Gil family presents their first non-alcoholic Verdejo-based sparkling wine. The name “Disfrutando 0.0%” is an allusion to the German word “genießen”, as the translation suggests.

Tasting note
Aromas of citrus and rose petals with hints of lime and white flowers. Dry floral finish with jasmine notes. A charmer par excellence and definitely a great option for lovers of non-alcoholic wines!
Vinification
Winemaking, dealcoholization and subsequent carbonization take place in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature until bottling. A proprietary process was developed for this new non-alcoholic sparkling wine, combining vacuum distillation at 30°C and inverted cone technology. This process is intended to capture 100 percent of the volatile components in an internal continuous process. This makes dealcoholization of up to 0.02 percent possible.
