Tasting note
The most beautiful Malbec seasoning with fruit compote, rose hips, oak seasoning, verbena and cedar. Thick and very densely built, with a fine-grained, crumbly tannin structure which makes the wine firm and solid but does not have a drying effect but makes it appear silky and polished. Cool elegance with lots of fruit extract. Eternally long aftertaste with rose hips, chocolate and some licorice again. Extraordinary!
Vinification
The best Malbec grapes from the Lujàn de Cuyo region (1000 meters above sea level) are harvested in small boxes of 13 kg and then macerated and microvinified specifically in French oak barrels. The wooden barrels are manually rolled back and forth 5 times a day so that the juice combines optimally with the wood and the extraction of the grapes is perfect. The wine is then aged in new barriques for 18 months. It is then bottled and aged in the bottle for 5 years.
