Tasting note
Enchanting creature, radiant beauty and victorious youth. Seductive, pure and bright fruit, wild berries, feminine strength and self-confidence, very subtle spice, slate. On the palate, young, supple body, juicy dark berry fruit, very gallant, almost springy gait, carefree, youthful freshness, already with style, dark, light and agile seasoning, licorice, undergrowth. Enchanting youth. Just lovely!
Culinary recommendation
Ideal with lamb, braised meat, spicy vegetables or aged cheese.
Vinification
Selective reading by hand. Whole grape fermentation, medium-duration maceration. 40% of the wine is aged in wooden barrels of various sizes for 16 months. 60% are aged in concrete tanks to preserve the purity and precision of the fruit.
