Rosé wines polarize wine lovers: unimaginable for some, indispensable for others when they just think of a sunlit lakeside terrace with a light fish dish. But one thing is certain: good rosé doesn't come around very often, because it's too many winemakers who don't take this wine category completely seriously. Gianfranco Comincioli sees things differently: I either do something with the aim of perfection - or I leave it alone. Its rosato is the fruit of an exact selection of grapes, as well as the masterful and extremely precise processing of the must. The aromatic expression is characterized by unparalleled power and intensity, reminiscent of freshly picked berries. On the palate, fine extract sweetness plays with a well-balanced breed.
