About the wine
In addition to Sardinia, Vermentino can also be found in Corsica, Tuscany and Liguria, as well as in the south of France. It is the most important white variety in Sardinia and produces fruity wines with high viscosity, medium acidity and, depending on the area, high minerality.

Tasting note
Golden yellow, rich color. Expressive nose with citrus and stone fruit aromas. A pleasant fullness and structure on the palate with an invigorating saltiness and medium acidity.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with saltwater fish, seafood or an aperitif with snacks.
Vinification
Gentle straining and crushing of grapes, short cold maceration before gentle pressing, static decantation and fermentation at a temperature of 16-18°C. Ageing in stainless steel with regular batonnage for at least 3 months, short bottle aging.
