About the wine
The organic boutique winery with a long tradition in Plastovo above Skradin near the famous Krka National Park is managed by Ante Sladić. He dedicates his passion and focus to the indigenous varieties of the Dalmatian hinterland (such as Debit, Maraština, Plavina and Debit), taking tradition and nature to the highest degree. The special taste and minerality of its wines is also due to the special microclimate. The influences of the Krka River and the Adriatic Sea in particular play a special role here. The soils are very calcareous, as this area was once crossed by a river.

Tasting note
A light, fresh and extremely dry wine with a unique style. The scent of citrus and chamomile on the nose is dominated by citrus notes, apples, bitter almonds and a touch of Mediterranean herbs. Debit has the freshness of the North and the strength of the South and remarkably expresses the character of Plastovo's soil through minerality and freshness. With its Debit, Ante Sladić has created a very fresh and easy-to-drink white wine.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with fish, mussels, light summer dishes or simply with an aperitif.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed after harvesting. The must is fermented in steel tanks for approx. 15 days and aged in them for three months. Bottling takes place shortly after clarification.
