In the glass, the de Vite is very vivid in a fresh light yellow with delicate greenish reflections. At the beginning, the tempting bouquet reveals notes of green apples combined with a hint of lemongrass, hints of elderflower and a hint of vanilla. The scent then changes, develops increasingly floral notes and, with a little oxygen, adds nutty aromas. It gives a lively impression on the tongue, thanks to its fresh character, its delicate, invigorating acidity and its excellent balance. The interplay of fruit and floral aromas is repeated on the palate and shapes the wine.
