About the wine
The “Canaan White” presents fresh notes of lemons, grapefruit and pears, all with a touch of minerals. With a medium body and light tannins, this wine is easy to drink. The wine is a blend of various grape varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Semillon, Viognier and some Muscat. The grapes come from vineyards in western Galilee and are fermented cold in steel barrels, which leads to an increase in the residual sugar content in the must. This white wine is not suitable for aging, but it can also be enjoyed a certain time after purchase. The “Canaan White” is a wonderful accompaniment to sushi, asparagus risotto or pasta with a creamy mushroom sauce.
