About the wine

The “Dalton Shiraz Elkosh” deliciously and finely structured with rich notes of plums, blackberries and a breeze of oak. With a full, luscious body, balanced acidity and low tannin content, this drop says goodbye to the palate in an elegant way. The Shiraz grapes come exclusively from the “Elkosh” single vineyard at an altitude of 720 meters. The aging takes 20 months in used French oak barrels. It is not easy to hold back from opening the passionate “Dalton Elkosh.” However, this plant matures with patience and remains in excellent drinking condition for several years. The wine can be enjoyed phenomenally with juicy roast beef, roast duck breast in a bouillon or with root vegetables braised with red wine up to high point.
