Vinification
The grapes come from the Elkosh vineyard, which is 720 meters above sea level. The harvest took place in the last week of September. During fermentation, the pomace hat was doused several times a day to maximize the color intensity and extraction level of the wine. The wine is then aged for twenty months in French oak barrels, which have already been used for the second and third time, giving it its harmonious balance and complexity.
