About the wine
If you want to surprise a wine connoisseur, then with this powerful Shiraz 2019 — Dalton Coast To Coast! The winemaker from the Israeli winery Dalton Winery greets us with this wine, which he grows in the countryside. Flaschenpöstler tip: Pair this Shiraz with roasted vegetables or barbecue.

Tasting note
The “Coast to Coast” is rich in aromas of cassis, berries and plums, with spicy nuances of cinnamon, cloves and vanilla. The wine has a medium-bodied body and soft tannins.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with rich dishes, such as a tender steak, lamb chops or a chicken in a sweet and sour sauce.
Vinification
The wine is mostly made from Zinfandel with some Syrah and Petite Syrah, which come from the “Safsufa” vineyard. “Safsufa” is located directly below the summit of Mount Meron. During fermentation, the skins are doused with the must several times a day to obtain an even deeper color and a more mature taste. The wine is then aged in American oak barrels for one year.
