About the wine
Blooming and picturesque Trentino landscapes give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Serpaia di Endrizzi conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. We have a special, dominant Cabernet Sauvignon from 2018 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. Flaschenpöstler tip: Pair this Cabernet Sauvignon with Gruyère burgers or red meat.

Tasting note
Intense ruby red color with purple reflections. Fruity, fragrant and persistent aroma with notes of ripe, red fruits. The enveloping, soft, warm and harmonious taste delivers what the bouquet promises. Right from the start, it is a tasty and long wine with an excellent structure and an intense and personal aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
At any time! For pure joy... including red, of course.
Vinification
Manual harvest after a sharp reduction in yield in summer. The teroldego grapes are cooled down to 10°C in cold rooms, then gently destemmed and temperature-controlled, fermented at around 22°C in special Ganimede tanks. The grapes from Podere Maremmello are vinified locally, taking into account the varietal characteristics and their typicity.
